The Colonials come off of two CHE Ties to get the program headed in the right direction.

RMU faced #5 Ranked CAL U at Rostraver Gardens, Cal U would open the scoring in the second period of play as Captain Tyler Getty would score. RMU's Jordan Gayso would answer with 10 seconds left in the second period. Cal U would jump on a loose puck and score 44 second in the third period. Cal U would hold that lead until late in the third when Freshman Quinn Gilbert one-timed a pass from Gayso to tie the game at 2. Back and forth play would find BOTH teams with opportunities BUT NO more scoring. Game would end in a 2-2 tie: Russ Mower would stop 40 shots for the Tie.

RMU would jump on a bus and head to Fredonia NY for an early morning tilt. RMU would score first as Captain Ryan Dickson would bury a pass from Maxwell and Simkovic. FSU would notch the next 3 goals. RMU would score late in the second and early in the third to bring the game to a tie: Dickson would add another, and Luke Cirlingione would get a huge goal. 3-3 RMU would keep the pressure up, but suffer a late FSU goal to find themselves trailing late in the game. Freshman Cody Passilla would snipe Brian Jordan with .41 left on the clock. 4-4. Another 5 minute overtime with no scoring. RMU would earn another tie.

The Colonials are getting healthy and adding KEY players as they make a move toward Nationals.
